The following are the directions to pull both the individual SET and longitudinal reports. If you have a problem retrieving your reports, you may contact your departmental SET proxy, and they will assist you. If you do not have a departmental proxy, submit a SET technical support request.

Retrieving reports

Remote access

• Duo VPN is needed to retrieve reports remotely

Schedule of faculty report availability

Fall reports

• January: Available in online SET and sent to faculty
• February: Uploaded to the COGNOS reports archive for retrieval and shared with chairs

Winter reports

• June: Available in online SET and sent to faculty
• July: Uploaded to the COGNOS reports archive for retrieval and shared with chairs

Spring/Summer reports

• September: Available in online SET and sent to faculty
• October: Uploaded to the COGNOS reports archive for retrieval and shared with chairs
