We are interested in improving our service to students, faculty and administrators. We use assessment to investigate whether we are meeting our goals and what we can do to improve.

Recently, we developed a new program to allow students to register online. The following assessment helped us learn whether the program was working and the ways it could be improved.

• Testing during a pandemic survey
• Response to the new math test
• Response to the ASTRO system for test registration
