The departmental SET coordinator is the point of contact for course information, the dates of your course's evaluation period, and adjustments to the evaluation period. However, please remember that the evaluation period should not extend into finals. The reason for this is to avoid bias in student feedback. Students may experience additional stress or pressure during the final exam period, affecting their perceptions of the course and the instructor. That can result in biased or untrustworthy feedback that does not accurately reflect the quality of the teaching. 

Faculty may also view the precise dates of their evaluation period through the online SET system response rate dashboard (enter your AccessID and password). See the online screen guide, and look under View settings for information regarding your course.
